In winter the Brennsee and nearby Afritzer See transform into gigantic natural ice surfaces. Ice skating across a lake is a must on your winter holiday, and it will be remembered by young and old. As soon as the ice surfaces close after long, frosty winter nights, you can glide straight out onto the lake. If the conditions are right, the more adventurous can also try ice surfing.
